Order processing times

Orders are prepared, processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. During the holiday seasons, please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be prepared, processed and shipped. I appreciate your patience and will do my best to process your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping times

Currently, shipping is only available in the United States excluding Puerto Rico. I hope to expand shipping outside of the US at a later date so please stay tuned.

Because of COVID, shipping times may be delayed especially during the holidays.

Shipping costs

Shipping is via USPS. Depending on your location, the shipping value will vary.

Economy: 5-8 business days: $4.90

Standard: 3-4 business days: $6.90, $9.90 or $12.44 (again, per your location)

Note: USPS rates may also vary during the holiday season.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations

Because this is a handcrafted beauty product, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if your product is damaged upon receipt, please contact me at anna@iamannacris.com and I will be happy to evaluate.

I accept cancellations any time before the product is shipped.
