Q: Is this a natural product?

A: Yes. This product is handcrafted and contains three key ingredients.

Q: What ingredients are in this body scrub?

A: This product is made from organic unrefined brown cane sugar, organic unrefined coconut oil and manuka honey.

Q: What makes manuka honey stand out?

A: Manuka honey is sourced from the manuka plant. Unlike regular honey, manuka honey is darker and thicker than regular honey which makes it a bit more difficult to spread. This is why your product may seem a bit hard when first applied. Don't worry, with warm water, it will quickly dissolve into something wonderful. This type of honey has fantastic properties for your skin.

Q: Why has my scrub turned solid in the jar?

A: Since this is a natural product, it is likely to separate or the coconut oil may become solid (you may see white spots from the oil). Simply stir the product in the jar to mix before applying.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Once your order is placed, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be prepared, processed and shipped. During the holiday seasons, please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be prepared, processed and shipped.

Q: What shipping method do you use?

A: Shipping is via USPS. Currently, shipping is only available in the US.

Q: Can I cancel my order:

A: Cancellations are accepted prior to shipping. Once the product has shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?

A: Because of the nature of this product, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Q: What is the refund policy?
